Puccho~puccho!

Japanese chewy candies have the consistency of squishy Tootsie Rolls.  They come in hundreds of flavors.  Some are good.  Some not so much.  Some completely and totally bizarre - and not all of that bizarre quality stems from taste alone!

Grape: This variety is by far my favorite.  It makes your mouth water for more.  Japanese grape flavored candies taste completely different than American.  No words can describe how different.  You just have to try it!

Yogurt: This little bugger is fantastically peculiar.  My tongue can't seem to catch the concept of the flavor, but I always want more!  It's completely unique.

Peach: Very, VERY peachy.  If you like peaches or peach flavored candy, this stuff is the bee's knees.

Chocolate Strawberry: My second favorite flavor listed here by far!  It tastes like - you guessed it - chocolate and strawberry mixed together!  Sugary sweet and not too rich.  It's so very addicting.

Fizzing Soda: As soon as you bite into the chewy bits inside, these little guys start fizzing in your mouth like a frothy soda!  Delectably strange.

Calpis: Nothing can describe the flavor of this chew.  Seriously.  Get some.  Try it.  You'll become an addict in no time.

Green Apple: Hi-Chew has a lot of varieties that're really similar to the Buccho ones, but not quite the same.  They're still very good though!  If you like green apple candy, these are definitely the way to go.

Lemon Cheesecake: Last, but certainly not least, are these Lemon Cheesecake flavored chews.  They taste and smell different than expected, but still manage to please the palate!  Instead of tasting/smelling like cream cheese, the taste/smell is far more akin to something like mild cheddar.
